Roasted Pear and Brussels Sprout Salad- Roasted Pear, brussels, radicchio, tri-color quinoa, pomegranate, shaved almonds, cranberries, manouri cheese, meyer lemon vinaigrette
Pan Seared Scallop- Rustic grits, corn, zucchini, asparagus, tomato, leeks, garlic, caper brown butter
Lamb Loin Wellington- Lamb, foie gras mousse, asparagus, trumpet mushrooms, stuffed roma tomato with wild rice, grilled vegetables, spinach and lamb infused wine sauce
