Grilling 101 (May 2017)

As we enjoy the early spring and prepare for the hot summer, join us and educate yourself on how to grill an entire meal.  Learn what to look for at the meat counter and how to execute the perfect steak on the grill. Join the Mirepoix chefs as we explore this interesting topic. Everything will be prepared on the grill tonight! Beer and wine will be available for sale throughout the class.
