Cooking Classes

Join us for our new Spanish Tapas and Sangria class! Gambas al Ajillo (garlic shrimp), Spanish Tomato Bread and Prosciutto, Tortilla Espanola (Spanish egg and potato omelette) and Traditional Sangria! Serves 4. Join Chef RJ for a Live, Interactive, Virtual Cooking Class. Chef will help you with knife skills and offer culinary advice throughout the evening. Ask questions! This class is great for a Date Night, Girls Night, Family Cooking, Singles, Anyone that wants to try something different and end up with a mouth-watering dinner.
Mirepoix Virtual Cooking Classes are hosted through zoom. This class is $29 per device connection. If a couple or family is cooking together in the same home, just sign up for 1 spot. Classes are kept to a maximum of 10 connections to keep classes intimate and ensure personal attention from our Chef. The zoom meeting ID and password will be emailed 24 hours before the cooking class.
A list of ingredients and the suggested equipment list will be emailed to you after booking a reservation. Feel free to email us to request the ingredient and equipment list if you would like to review before booking. We can also make modifications for individual dietary restrictions.
Guests will shop for their own ingredients. We look forward to cooking with you soon!

Mirepoix has made extreme precautions to keep both guests and staff safe. Masks are required while in Mirepoix and Holiday Market. Reservations can be made for groups of 2 to 4 per cooking station. Each cooking station will have their own prep table, stove, oven, kitchen equipment and ingredients. Enjoy your meal in class at your own table or you can package to take home. Beer and wine avaialble for purchase.
Menu- We will be making Tasty Mexican Street Tacos- Chicken or Beef, Baja Fish Tacos with special sauce and Homemade Guacamole! .
