First Course: La Charcuterie de Provence
A truly French experience with savory olive tapenade, creamy brie, roasted strawberries, and a crispy baguette
Assorted Olives – Garlic – Capers – Mustard – Cognac – Olive Oil – Brie – Strawberries – Vanilla
Set oven to 300°F. Remove tapenade, baguette, and strawberries. Heat brie for 10-15 minutes. Spread baguette with brie and strawberries
Second Course: Duck á l’Orange
Duck with a sweet and mellow orange sauce, cut with soy, chicken stock, and thyme. Braised with tri colored carrots and mellow Castelvetrano olives
Duck Breasts – Carrot – Onion – Celery – Brown Stock – Tomato Paste – Red Wine Vinegar – Oranges – Lemon – Butter – Olives – Soy
Third Course: Lamb Tagine
Lamb chunks slowly braised with cranberries and apricots, red wine, and herbs, topped with pine nuts and feta
Lamb – Garlic – Onion – Tomato Paste – Ginger – Cinnamon Stick – Stock – Apricots – Lemon Spices – Almonds – Cilantro – Feta – Rice
Fourth Course: Dessert
