About the Mirepoix Kitchen

Holiday Market has always been a place for those who are passionate about food. So when we designed our state-of-the-art professional kitchen space, it was important that it represent that same passion. Our gorgeous 2,000 sq. ft. space is fully equipped with professional-grade Viking appliances, Wood-Mode cabinets, large work spaces and the best cooking tools available. Of course, we didn’t stop there. At Mirepoix, it’s important that we celebrate the chef in you and provide the highest quality cooking experience. So we filled our kitchen with warm and welcoming touches that create an environment perfect for any entertaining.

Uncorked: Mirepoix’s Monthly Wine Tasting

If you’re not quite ready to cook but want to experience Mirepoix first, come to Uncorked and get a personal preview. Our themed Uncorked events feature appropriately paired food and wine and offer a deliciously different night out with friends. Join us every second and fourth Thursday of the month from 7-9 p.m. to sample our strolling dinner and a wide variety of specially selected wine. Reservations are required.
